nutrition transition. Execution of nutrition surveys of individual and groups in institution, in urban
and rural setting. Methods used in nutrition surveys: anthropometry (stunting, wasting,
underweight, overweight/obesity), food balance sheets, morbidity and mortality vital statistics,
