A partner institution identifies a teaching or curriculum gap; a course, a skill, a semester with no instructor and raises it through the secretariat.
Diaspora professionals go through a vetting process confirming credentials, experience, and availability before they can be matched.
The secretariat matches the vetted diaspora expert with local professionals to co-design and deliver the course, workshop, or curriculum module.
