At the end of this course, students should be able to: 188 1. determine serum electrolyte; 2. recognise urea; 3. identify creatinine; 4. identify serum bilirubin; 5. recognise uric acid; 6. classify liver enzymes (ALT, AST and ALP); and 7. apply biochemical knowledge in the clinics.
