At the end of this course students will be able to: 1. Explain the concepts of sustainable development; 2. Discuss the tools for combating human population challenges for sustainable development; 3. Discuss sustainable development goals (SDGs) and its sub divisions; 4. Explain the concept of resettlement planning; and 5. Explain environmental/ ecological implications of threatened/ endangered natural resources.
