At the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. identify the basic principles of patient management and interaction in oral medicine; 2. describe the various modalities of diagnosing oral lesions in dentistry; 3. explain the basic principles of drug use in dentistry; and 4. describe and discuss the uses, effects and interactions of drugs used in dentistry.
