At the end of this course, students are expected to: 1. describe the concepts, principles and importance of land use planning; 2. identify the determinants, principles of land use dynamics and as integrated spatial solutions for land use problems; 3. outline the various land use types; and 4. enumerate the criteria guiding the selection of an appropriate land utilization types.
