At the end of the course, students should be able to: 1. recall the physiology of neuro endocrine hormonal regulation; 2. explain the mechanisms of action, adverse effects, contraindications and clinical uses of the major neuroendocrine hormones; 3. describe the pathophysiology/symptoms and treatment of the different types of diabetes; and 4. discuss the pharmacology of drugs acting on the reproductive system.
