Land use and Resource Management I

At the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. define the theories and practices of land resources governance, planning, development, utilization and forecasting and appraisals and management; 2. make predictions and assessments of impacts of land development projects on the environment media and the purpose of Environmental Impact Assessment; and 3. provide data for policy formulation on land resources allocation, development, utilization and maintaining a balance in the ecosystem.
