Introduction to General Microbiology

At the end of this course, the students should be able to: 1. explain the basic concepts and scope of microbiology; 2. know the scope of microbiology layout of microbiology laboratory equipment and reagents in microbiology; and 3. explain the theory behind basic protocols in a microbiology laboratory.
