Course Description
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. describe mechanics of measuring building works;
2. discuss types and functions of bill of quantities; and
3. take-off, abstract, prepare and price bill of quantities.
Course Outline
Introduction into the mechanics of measuring building works, functions of bills of quantities,
principles of measurement, taking-off, abstracting and billing.
