Management. Definition and scope of purchasing and supply. The economics of purchasing. The
techniques, procedures and documentation for requisitioning. Ordering receiving, inspection,
storage and issue of supplies. Scope of stores and inventory management. Stock systems. Laws
relating to contract and sale of goods.
