Diagnostic Microbiology. Vaccine production and immunization. Preservation of cultures and cultural methods. Pathogenic mechanisms of bacteria. Antibiotic assays and monitoring from body fluids and many others, anaerobiosis and methods. Phage typing; Research Methods and other techniques in Microbiology. Use of metabolic pathways in identification of bacteria, fluorescent antibody methods. Quality control and Instrumentation. Practical based on the above topics.
